Operator is a module for outage management. The module is integrated with DP/Spatial. One or more operation centers can use Operator to register customer calls and the system can suggest a probable source of outage. The proposed outage is calculated in real time and updated as more calls are received. The outage can be verified and removed from the list when it is fixed. Affected customers can be saved and listed by the system. All outages and customer calls are displayed in Operator. Customer data can be received from the customer system and automatically become available to the operation manager at any time. The information can be distributed to field staff in various ways.
